About the role

  • Operational reporting: creating, updating and quality-assuring regular HR reports and dashboards
  • Power BI dashboards: maintaining, reviewing and further developing existing KPI dashboards, and supporting the visualization of new metrics
  • Requirements analysis & development: reviewing and optimizing existing reporting processes; identifying improvement opportunities and implementing your own ideas
  • Interface management: collaborating with IT on data provisioning and coordinating with HR teams and managers on report usage
  • Permissions and access management: reviewing and managing user access rights
  • Communication: presenting results and actively communicating them to the business units

Requirements

  • Completed or ongoing degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Psychology (for example with a focus on HR or Data Analytics), or a comparable field
  • Affinity for numbers and a basic understanding of HR processes and KPIs
  • Initial experience with reporting tools (ideally Power BI) and willingness to quickly get up to speed with new systems
  • Analytical thinking, a structured working style and enthusiasm for process improvement
  • Team-oriented, proactive and solution-focused working style
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly
