About the role
- Operational reporting: creating, updating and quality-assuring regular HR reports and dashboards
- Power BI dashboards: maintaining, reviewing and further developing existing KPI dashboards, and supporting the visualization of new metrics
- Requirements analysis & development: reviewing and optimizing existing reporting processes; identifying improvement opportunities and implementing your own ideas
- Interface management: collaborating with IT on data provisioning and coordinating with HR teams and managers on report usage
- Permissions and access management: reviewing and managing user access rights
- Communication: presenting results and actively communicating them to the business units
Requirements
- Completed or ongoing degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Psychology (for example with a focus on HR or Data Analytics), or a comparable field
- Affinity for numbers and a basic understanding of HR processes and KPIs
- Initial experience with reporting tools (ideally Power BI) and willingness to quickly get up to speed with new systems
- Analytical thinking, a structured working style and enthusiasm for process improvement
- Team-oriented, proactive and solution-focused working style
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly
