About the role
- Responsible for customer projects with a focus on S/4 HANA Service across S/4 HANA and SAP CX
- Manage multiple sub-project teams and support projects from planning through testing and go-live
- Develop a unified service strategy and analyze customer requirements
- Define the appropriate project approach and implementation strategy for each customer engagement
- Accountable for effective delivery of projects on time and within budget
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally including SAP CX consulting
- Confident working in both traditional and agile project management frameworks
- Knowledge of business processes, SAP CRM as well as SAP CX processes, architecture and technology
- Independent, goal-oriented and hands-on working style
- Very good German and English skills and willingness to travel
