About the role
- Independently manage and dynamically develop the assigned sales territory with direct impact on business success
- Actively maintain existing customer relationships and strategically pursue potential new clients
- Advise on and sell tailored IT, software, and digitalization projects
- Play a central role in professionally handling public tenders: analyze requirements, coordinate internally, prepare compelling proposals, and present tailored solutions to decision-makers
- Prepare accurate quotes and contracts, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals
- Organize and participate in targeted events with prospects, customers, and partners to strengthen market presence and foster relationships
Requirements
- Solid, several years of sales experience in consulting and successfully selling ICT, ERP, or DMS solutions
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent education with relevant practical experience
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style with a strong results focus
- Strong communicator with empathy, high initiative, and enjoyment of customer interaction
- Hands-on mentality: flexible, resilient, motivated, and consistently solution-oriented
- Professional demeanor combined with a persuasive presence and strong impact in customer settings
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong digital affinity
- Business-fluent German (spoken and written) and good English; French and/or Italian are a plus
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking and ability to act independently
- Solid understanding of contract law under the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and confident handling of legal frameworks
- Driver's license (Category B) required
- Experience working with public administrations, especially with procurement/tender processes, is a clear advantage
