About the role
- Installation and administration of the client environment
- User support for software and hardware issues
- Analysis and resolution of incidents in the Windows environment
- Documentation in the ticketing system
- Participation in the further development of the client environment
- Setup and maintenance of the telecommunications environment
- Support in ensuring compliance with IT security policies
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT or a degree in Computer Science
- Practical experience in IT support
- Experience with Windows clients and common Office applications
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Ability to work in a team
- Fluent German language skills
- Basic English skills, spoken and written
- Driving licence class B (car)
