About the role

  • Drive the digitalization of municipal and commercial waste and disposal services together with your project team
  • Analyze and optimize processes related to our ERP system and adjacent specialist departments
  • Provide process and organizational consulting in close cooperation with our clients and partners
  • Train users following software implementation
  • Receive comprehensive, hands-on onboarding with a mentor, including seminars, webinars, qualified in‑house training and conferences
  • Work in a collaborative team environment with an autonomous area of responsibility

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or Business/Economics, or vocational training in a business-related field
  • Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting
  • Experience in project management (ideally through internships or working-student positions)
  • Interest in continuous professional development and lifelong learning
  • Independent working style, high intrinsic motivation and strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel regionally
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
