About the role
- You help build computer and network systems, configure them correctly and ensure everything works together smoothly
- Technical advisor: When colleagues are unsure which hardware or software is best, you provide guidance and support
- Helpdesk troubleshooter: You assist in resolving queries and incidents quickly
- Keeping systems running: Together with us you ensure that employees' computers, networks and mobile devices run securely and are always ready for use

Requirements
- You have a good secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) or a (technical) high-school diploma (Fachabitur/Abitur)
- Very good German skills (C1)
- Good English skills
- You are enthusiastic about technology — whether computers, networks or software
- You are a team player, reliable and enjoy learning new things
- You are characterized by logical thinking and a quick grasp
