Part of the operations team; responsible for the ongoing maintenance, security, and availability of our backup infrastructure (focus on Commvault)
Troubleshooting incidents and fulfilling service requests within project guidelines
Collaborating with various business units
Assisting in the development of infrastructure services based on reference architectures for our customers
Taking on fixed operational tasks and participating in scheduled on-call rotations

Requirements

Completed IT education (apprenticeship, HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or university) or equivalent qualification
Solid experience administering Windows and Linux servers
Several years of professional experience in Backup & Storage and familiarity with the service-provider environment
Experience in the administration and operation of Commvault is a major plus
Fluent German and English skills
Collaborative working style, willingness to take responsibility, and proactive initiative
