About the role

  • Active research and outreach to suitable candidates on LinkedIn, Xing and other platforms
  • Creation of target-group-specific search strategies and Boolean search strings
  • Drafting concise, audience-oriented messages and content snippets for active sourcing
  • Analysis of KPIs (response rates, funnel, channel performance)
  • Support in applicant management (pre-screening, appointment coordination)

Requirements

  • You are an enrolled student, ideally studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication or a related field
  • Ideally you already have active sourcing experience from an internship or working-student role
  • Proficient in Boolean search (basic to advanced level)
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct contact with candidates/talent
  • Structured, independent working style
  • Confident use of digital tools (MS Teams, Outlook, Excel; ATS/CRM experience a plus)
