About the role
- Active research and outreach to suitable candidates on LinkedIn, Xing and other platforms
- Creation of target-group-specific search strategies and Boolean search strings
- Drafting concise, audience-oriented messages and content snippets for active sourcing
- Analysis of KPIs (response rates, funnel, channel performance)
- Support in applicant management (pre-screening, appointment coordination)
Requirements
- You are an enrolled student, ideally studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication or a related field
- Ideally you already have active sourcing experience from an internship or working-student role
- Proficient in Boolean search (basic to advanced level)
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct contact with candidates/talent
- Structured, independent working style
- Confident use of digital tools (MS Teams, Outlook, Excel; ATS/CRM experience a plus)
