About the role
- Office administration
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day school operations
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, general correspondence and appointment coordination
- Organizing meetings, training sessions, exams and preparing related documents
- Creating and maintaining student files and curricula
- Assisting with reports, statistics and documentation
- Communicating with students, teachers and external partners
- Professional and friendly communication
- Managing petty cash and recording income and expenses
- Preparing documentation for accounting
- Transmitting personnel documents to the branch office
- Preparing statistics and analyses for internal purposes
- Recording relevant notifications related to employee and student lifecycle
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an administrative specialist, office management clerk or an equivalent qualification
- Ideally, professional experience in the education sector or at a school
- Experience in nursing education is desirable
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Very good IT skills and confident use of digital tools and Office applications
- Team player with strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities
- Enjoys actively shaping and improving processes
