About the role
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular outreach and communication.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients while anticipating and understanding their needs, as well as promptly addressing concerns.
- Deliver impactful presentations to clients at various levels, demonstrating the value of our products and services.
- Track and manage contractual commitments, ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Partner seamlessly with internal departments such as clinical services, operations and analytics to ensure coordinated efforts in meeting client expectations.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams, accurately conveying client feedback and requirements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services based on client needs and market trends.
- Engage directly with members of the community to understand their needs, concerns and preferences.
- Leverage community feedback to inform strategic decisions and initiatives within the organization.
- Maintain a strong presence in the community, demonstrating our commitment to making a positive impact and supporting community well-being.
- Travel up to 25% to client sites for in-person meetings.
Requirements
- BA/ BS Degree or equivalent.
- 5 years or more in a client-facing role (eg. account management, client management).
- Working knowledge in healthcare, specifically with health insurance plans (Medicaid, Medicare, SNP).
