About the role

  • Prospect, qualify, and generate customer leads to assist in Veza’s overall business growth
  • Identify and set meetings that convert to qualified opportunities in the sales pipeline
  • Partner with AEs to determine the strategy for assigned target accounts in the region
  • Collaborate with Marketing to work on Account Based campaigns
  • Have a deep understanding of the current customer business and how Veza can help
  • Meet and exceed minimum KPIs on a daily basis
  • Achieve or exceed the pipeline goals and number of Qualified Opportunities
  • Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in Target and Prospect Accounts
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (adding contacts, sending regular emails, coordinating strategic discovery meetings)
  • Help CISOs across markets recognize Veza’s impact in their data security and SaaS security

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
  • Motivation for a career in sales
  • An innate curiosity to learn
  • Ability to succeed alongside teammates
  • Proven written and verbal communication
  • Comfort with being able to learn from rejection
  • Former sales experience (nice to have)
  • Prospecting software experience (Outreach, Zoominfo, Sales Nav, etc) (nice to have)
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools (nice to have)
  • A firm understanding of how to qualify buyer interest and identify target customers (nice to have)
