About the role
- You support, challenge and develop your employees and shift coordinators (m/f/d) as their disciplinary and technical leader.
- You are responsible for ensuring optical inspection is completed on time, in the required quantities and to the required quality standards.
- You take charge of capacity and detailed planning for the products to be inspected as well as your team’s shift and vacation scheduling.
- You ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- You leave nothing to chance when handling disruptions, assessing deviations and initiating appropriate corrective measures.
- As a project team member, you engage in interdisciplinary exchange during process implementations and optimizations.
Requirements
- You hold a completed degree in a scientific/technical or commercial field, or vocational training with several years of professional experience, or further qualification as a master craftsman/technician.
- Ideally with (initial) leadership experience.
- Strong communication skills, flexibility and organizational ability.
- Good command of English.
- Good command of German (at least C1 level) to document your work effectively and to communicate with the whole team.
