About the role

  • Preparation and development of topics and concepts for organizational development
  • Support in the design, facilitation, and preparation/follow-up of workshops
  • Preparation of presentations and operational implementation of change projects
  • Creation of MIRO boards for the virtual conduct of workshops
  • Taking on (partial) project responsibilities

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in business, social sciences, humanities, or natural sciences; preferably in later semesters of a Bachelor's program or in a Master's program
  • Independent and conscientious working style
  • Very good written and spoken English (at least B2)
  • Affinity for change management and digital working methods (confident use of PPT / SharePoint / Miro or similar virtual collaboration tools)
  • Good German skills (at least B2 level)
