About the role
- Cultivate relationships with member practices and increase awareness around company initiatives and services
- Serve as a voice for our members, bringing back field information to be utilized internally
- Offer one-on-one consultations with practice owners and managers as requested
- Develop and facilitate workshops for member practices in both live and virtual formats
- Maintain up to date records of field visits and practice consults
Requirements
- 5 years of direct experience in the veterinary industry
- Excellent written/oral communication skills (English & French)
- Familiar with veterinary concepts, practices and procedures
- Knowledge of Practice Information Management Software’s (PIMS) is an asset
- Effective organization/time management
- Demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining professional networks and connections
