About the role

  • Manage key customer accounts
  • Maintain long-term relationships
  • Maximize sales opportunities within key accounts
  • Create, build, and maintain positive business relationships with Vestis customers

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Possess patience, ability to empathize, and strong listening skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, with good time management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
  • Demonstrated capability to influence without authority
  • Keen ability to challenge the status quo and build strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Ability to analyze data
  • Able to present to all levels of the client, including C-suite
  • Successful completion of Criminal Background and Motor Vehicle Record checks
