• Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle – recruiting, onboarding & offboarding, personnel administration, payroll, reporting, and contract management
• End-to-end recruiting process: from intake meetings, job postings, and active sourcing to candidate management, conducting interviews and hiring decisions
• Continuously develop the HR system (Personio) and ensure efficient processes
• First point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters

AI Engineer

• Lead our Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) processes, building and maintaining the infrastructure that keeps our AI systems reliable, scalable, and secure.
• Bridge the gap between AI engineering and business value by aligning technical initiatives with customer needs, supporting sales and product discussions, and driving measurable impact for our clients.
• Collaborate closely with our engineering and product team to design and implement advanced features for our AI-driven supply chain operating system and to ensure smooth integration of machine learning models and data pipelines into production systems.
• Guide and support the work on improving the accuracy, efficiency, and uncertainty estimation of our existing AI-based features and conduct rigorous testing to ensure their high quality and reliability.
• Contribute to the scalability, maintainability and core functionality of our AI solutions and be part of building new ones.
• Establish and uphold high standards in our engineering practices, tooling, and processes.

• Strukturierte, datengetriebene Pflege von Deals, Kontakten und Aktivitäten in HubSpot
• Nutzung von Forecasts und KPIs für Transparenz und Planbarkeit
