Operations

• Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich das Invoice Reprocessing und stellst sicher, dass Rechnungsdaten korrekt, vollständig und plausibel in unserer Plattform abgebildet werden.
• Du erkennst Auffälligkeiten und systematische Fehler in der LLM-basierten Verarbeitung und gibst strukturiertes Feedback an die zuständigen Teams, damit unsere Modelle und Prozesse besser werden.
• Du unterstützt unsere Data Quality Managerin bei laufenden Aufgaben im Data Quality Management, insbesondere bei der Pflege und Bereinigung von Lieferantendaten.
• Optional: Du wirkst beim AI-Reparsing mit – etwa beim Erstellen von Testfällen, beim Bewerten von Modellergebnissen oder bei der Dokumentation wiederkehrender Fehlerbilder.
• Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Operations-Prozesse ein und hilfst dabei, repetitive Aufgaben effizienter und zunehmend automatisiert zu gestalten.

Business Development Rep

• You will acquire construction companies and their suppliers for our SaaS solution: the digital delivery note for the construction industry.
• As part of our sales team, you will handle the initial outreach to potential customers—primarily by phone (cold calling)—laying the foundation for our sales process.
• You will identify new business opportunities, independently qualify leads, and build long-term relationships with heads of procurement, digitalization leads, and commercial decision-makers.
• You will work with HubSpot: manage your sales funnel, document your activities, and analyze your results.
• You will actively contribute your experience and ideas to the team and support the further development of our sales approaches and market positioning.
