About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will take ownership of invoice reprocessing and ensure that invoice data is represented correctly, completely and plausibly in our platform.
You will identify anomalies and systematic errors in LLM-based processing and provide structured feedback to the responsible teams so our models and processes improve.
You will support our Data Quality Manager with ongoing tasks in data quality management, in particular maintaining and cleaning supplier data.
Optional: You will contribute to AI reparsing — creating test cases, evaluating model outputs and documenting recurring error patterns.
You will actively contribute to the development of our operations processes and help make repetitive tasks more efficient and increasingly automated.
You will use modern AI tools such as Copilot, Claude and Cursor to analyze, document and automate routine work more quickly.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are a currently enrolled student, ideally in a business, technical or analytical degree program.
You work carefully, in a structured way and reliably — even on tasks that require concentration and perseverance.
You have a basic understanding of digital processes and data structures and enjoy analyzing and tracing error patterns.
Initial exposure to commercial topics (e.g., invoicing processes) or to AI/LLM applications is a plus but not required.
You have a strong affinity for AI agents and tools, know how to use them productively and understand their limitations.
You speak German at a native level (C1+) and good English (B2+).
You are willing to work regularly from our Munich office.
