About the role
- Lead and manage your team to ensure the delivery of strategic HR support across the global organization
- Act as the direct HR business partner to Commercial and Marketing teams, including ExCom stakeholders
- Oversee organizational development and the global HR strategy and policies across the company
- Build, continuously improve, and implement processes related to the employee experience
- Drive change management to support the organization in implementing new strategies and programs
- Partner with leadership to enhance team performance and attainment of objectives by providing HR expertise
- Ensure fairness and performance across the organization through our performance and compensation processes
- Coach and develop senior leaders on decision-making, difficult conversations, and team management
Requirements
- 8+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role
- Proven track record of managing and developing HR teams
- Strong business acumen with experience partnering with commercial and marketing functions
- Solution-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management — ability to influence and build trust with senior leadership
- Change management expertise — comfortable driving transformation in fast-paced environments
- Solid understanding of HR fundamentals: compensation, performance management, employment law, and payroll
- Direct, transparent communication style with the ability to handle difficult conversations
- Genuine passion for developing people and helping them succeed
- Full professional proficiency in English required; French is a plus
