Negotiating and drafting contracts relating to our e-commerce and marketplace activities covering software/technology/AI, payments, transport and warehouse operations
Advising on e-commerce and marketplace regulations (including DSA, P2B, PSD2, GPRS, NIS2, EU AI Act and Customs)
Managing legal topics relating to general business and commercial matters
Where needed, manage and communicate with external law firms and other service providers
Requirements
Who you are ⭐
University Degree and legal qualifications
6 to 12 years post qualification experience (In-House or Law Firm)
Strong ability to operate autonomously
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a start-up type environment, managing internal and external stakeholders
Fluent in French and English (written and oral)
International exposure
Ability to be practical and business-minded with an ability to present to internal stakeholders with real-world, pragmatic advice
Excellent legal and commercial awareness, drafting and negotiating skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
Preferred: E-commerce, Marketplace, Luxury goods or technology industry background or exposure
