About the role

  • Own revenue growth for Ververica's stream processing platform across Financial Services and Manufacturing in the UK and Middle East.
  • Identify target accounts and build pipeline from scratch.
  • Run full-cycle enterprise sales from initial conversation to signed contract.
  • Map buying committees and build champions.
  • Feed market intelligence back to Product and Marketing to influence positioning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise software sales.
  • Open source, data infrastructure, or analytics is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience of building a market or a business.
  • Ability to sell on value, not features.
  • Experience selling to technical buyers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Data Architects).
  • Understanding of the Financial Services or Manufacturing landscape.
