About the role
- Own revenue growth for Ververica's stream processing platform across Financial Services and Manufacturing in the UK and Middle East.
- Identify target accounts and build pipeline from scratch.
- Run full-cycle enterprise sales from initial conversation to signed contract.
- Map buying committees and build champions.
- Feed market intelligence back to Product and Marketing to influence positioning.
Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise software sales.
- Open source, data infrastructure, or analytics is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience of building a market or a business.
- Ability to sell on value, not features.
- Experience selling to technical buyers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Data Architects).
- Understanding of the Financial Services or Manufacturing landscape.
