• Supervision of the Student Success Managers (SSM) as well as other staff in larger enrollment semesters.
• Oversee reporting system for all student issues (academic and personal).
• Responsible for using Salesforce and other Verto Tech systems to support student success.
• Design and implement strategies to improve student retention and success, aligning with Verto's mission and values.
• Support the Academic team during Add/Drop through student advising, providing assistance, and/or appropriate referrals.
• Meet with students for escalated academic advising relevant to course enrollments and withdrawals, monitoring students academic performance and attendance.
