About the role

  • Development of strategic partnerships: identify and establish strategic commercial partnerships that complement the company's products or services, add value for customers, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Negotiation and contract closing: lead complex negotiations with commercial partners for Vertem to build the portfolio of sellers for the rewards/marketplace platform, ensuring contracts are mutually beneficial and contribute to revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Market analysis and identification of opportunities;
  • Negotiation and management of commissions with partners;
  • Negotiation of offers;
  • Ongoing relationship management with sellers;
  • Support for incidents and operational support tickets;
  • Dynamic analysis of partner quality;
  • Decision-making on actions to be taken with partners;
  • Monitoring results and projections;
  • Preparation of reports on area KPIs (assortment, partners, conversion, share...)

Requirements

  • Analytical skills;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Negotiation skills;
