About the role
- Scanning the web3 market for new clients and conducting end to end business development process from lead generation to close
- Qualifying existing business development opportunities and moving over the finish line
- Working with some of the leading DeFi projects in web3
- Conducting research on new ways how to use Get Verso products for our existing partners
- Work closely with the management team on new ways of driving growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to attract and expand relationships with partners, both new and existing.
- Accelerate the adoption of Get Verso solutions
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience within web3/defi/crypto
- You have a crypto-native network
- You’ve successfully sold products/services to DAOs through governance processes
- Technical selling experience, preferably web3 solutions
- Web3 native using DeFi protocols and web3 every day
- Track record of managing partners, closing deals, and overachieving your revenue goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership and management skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Finance
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments and having ambitious targets
- Well-organized with strong time management skills and a proactive personality.
