About the role

  • Structured onboarding of new users: Guide the client from their first interaction with the product, ensuring a smooth implementation and rapid adoption.
  • Software configuration: Configure accounts, operations, workflows, and other system modules according to the client’s context and needs.
  • Process implementation and training: Plan and deliver functional training sessions to ensure users understand and correctly use the tools.
  • Implementation project management: Lead schedules and deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
  • Ongoing client relationship management: Conduct checkpoint meetings to monitor progress, resolve questions, and maintain proactive, trust-based communication.
  • Operational support and issue resolution: Serve as the point of contact for clients’ functional and operational questions, acting with agility and empathy.
  • Demonstrations and presentations: Deliver demos tailored to the client’s context, highlighting benefits and best practices.
  • Ensure value delivery: Act as the guardian of the customer experience, ensuring the product meets its purpose and generates tangible results for the client’s business.

Requirements

  • Degree in a field related to business processes: e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Information Systems, or similar, with a basic understanding of workflows and business process management.
  • Leadership ability: Capacity to lead implementation projects, coordinate deliverables, and maintain alignment between technical teams and clients.
  • Disciplined and execution-oriented profile: Organized, responsible, results-driven, and proactive.
  • Availability to travel: Willingness to attend on-site implementations or training sessions when necessary (occasionally).
  • Relational and consultative mindset: Ability to build strong relationships and act as a strategic partner to the client.
  • Clear and concise communication: Ability to translate technical topics into understandable and empathetic language.
  • Resilience and adaptability: Ability to face challenges, adapt to change, and remain focused on delivering value.
  • Strategic outlook and customer focus: Emphasis on measurable results, user experience, and long-term success.
