• Work directly with our clients to gather requirements, design and architect a robust SAP solutions using our product, DocuFlow
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality backend solutions in Java
• Design, implement, and maintain Java-based backend systems and APIs.
• Optimize and enhance existing backend infrastructure for improved performance, stability and scalability.

Senior Backend Java Developer

Designer

• Lead the overall solution design and migration approach from Nintex to Power Platform.
• Define the target solution architecture, ensuring alignment with Microsoft best practices and enterprise standards.
• Analyze existing Nintex workflows and map capabilities to Power Platform components.
• Design scalable, maintainable, and secure workflow and application solutions.
• Act as the primary technical authority for Power Platform architecture and design decisions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other architects to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
• Ensure solution compliance with data security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Solution Designer – Power Platform Migration

Business Analyst

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for workflow migration from exported solutions, and together with business users
• Translate business processes into clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance and success criteria
• Collaborate with business units to validate requirements and confirm desired outcomes
• Ensure technical solutions meet documented business needs and deliver measurable value
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with end users and subject matter experts
• Work with the Solution Designer and Senior Power Platform Solution Technician to confirm alignment between requirements and implemented solutions
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, business rules, and requirements traceability matrices
• Support the testing phase by validating that built solutions align with defined success criteria
• Act as the communication bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring mutual understanding and expectations management
• Assist in change management activities by documenting impacts and supporting end-user readiness
