About the role
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new clients
- Communicate with customers by phone and email
- Follow up on inquiries, quotes, and ongoing sales processes
- Assist with preparing quotes and contracts
- Maintain customer records and sales overviews
- Work closely with logistics, purchasing, and operations teams
Requirements
- Initial experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Confident and professional communication skills (phone and email)
- Structured, reliable, and able to work independently
- Excellent German required; English is a plus
