About the role

  • You develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for all Tagesspiegel Background products
  • You build a scalable model for lead and demand generation
  • In close collaboration with the product team, you support the development of new products
  • You create high-impact marketing assets such as whitepapers, webinars, case studies and event formats
  • You lead and develop the marketing team both in terms of expertise and as their line manager

Requirements

  • Several years of leadership experience in B2B marketing, ideally with complex or technical products
  • Proven success in building scalable lead and demand generation funnels
  • Strong data orientation and experience working in a KPI-driven way
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation and performance tools
  • Strong understanding of the integration between marketing and sales (Revenue Marketing / RevOps)
  • Analytical strength combined with creative, solution-oriented thinking
  • Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented and hands-on mindset
  • Clear, structured and motivating communication and leadership
  • Confident handling of internal stakeholders and external partners
