About the role
- You develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for all Tagesspiegel Background products
- You build a scalable model for lead and demand generation
- In close collaboration with the product team, you support the development of new products
- You create high-impact marketing assets such as whitepapers, webinars, case studies and event formats
- You lead and develop the marketing team both in terms of expertise and as their line manager
Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in B2B marketing, ideally with complex or technical products
- Proven success in building scalable lead and demand generation funnels
- Strong data orientation and experience working in a KPI-driven way
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation and performance tools
- Strong understanding of the integration between marketing and sales (Revenue Marketing / RevOps)
- Analytical strength combined with creative, solution-oriented thinking
- Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented and hands-on mindset
- Clear, structured and motivating communication and leadership
- Confident handling of internal stakeholders and external partners
