About the role

  • You develop and implement the overarching marketing strategy for all Tagesspiegel Background products
  • You build a scalable model for lead and demand generation
  • You support the development of new products and refine their market positioning
  • You create high-impact marketing assets such as whitepapers and webinars
  • You lead and develop the marketing team, both in terms of subject-matter expertise and line management

Requirements

  • Several years of leadership experience in B2B marketing, ideally with complex, consultative products
  • Proven success in building scalable lead- and demand-generation funnels
  • Strong data affinity and experience working in a KPI-driven environment
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation and performance tools
  • Solid understanding of the alignment between marketing and sales (Revenue Marketing / RevOps)
  • Analytical strength combined with creative, solution-oriented thinking
  • Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented and hands-on mindset
  • Clear, structured and motivating communication and leadership style
  • Confident in engaging with internal stakeholders and external partners
