About the role
- You develop and implement the overarching marketing strategy for all Tagesspiegel Background products
- You build a scalable model for lead and demand generation
- You support the development of new products and refine their market positioning
- You create high-impact marketing assets such as whitepapers and webinars
- You lead and develop the marketing team, both in terms of subject-matter expertise and line management
Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in B2B marketing, ideally with complex, consultative products
- Proven success in building scalable lead- and demand-generation funnels
- Strong data affinity and experience working in a KPI-driven environment
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation and performance tools
- Solid understanding of the alignment between marketing and sales (Revenue Marketing / RevOps)
- Analytical strength combined with creative, solution-oriented thinking
- Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented and hands-on mindset
- Clear, structured and motivating communication and leadership style
- Confident in engaging with internal stakeholders and external partners
