About the role
- Own the evolution of the Martech strategy and personalization across Verizon’s channels.
- Own the evolution of the Pega Decisioning platform.
- Lead day-to-day technical strategy discussions.
- Lead large-group working sessions focused on the execution of work.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to build and integrate AI and Machine Learning models.
- Define and track success metrics that matter.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Two or more years of relevant work experience in marketing technology, personalization, or decisioning.
- Experience with Pega, or other decisioning tool.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Experience leading large-scale technical working sessions with both technical and business peers, and managing a large internal team.
