About the role
- Targeting, acquiring, and closing high value revenue opportunities
- Develop relationships with Packaging, Operations, and Procurement decision makers
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Regional Specialists to set strategy
- Communicate with clients to gather project goals, budgets, and outcomes
- Develop proposals for key customer decision makers
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential opportunities
- Develop contracts and agreements with legal representatives
Requirements
- 7-10 years proven business development and/or packaging experience preferred
- Experience in selling to accounts within the identified vertical market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong financial acumen and analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
