About the role
- Drive the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone solutions for clients
- Lead end-to-end implementations, ensuring integration and adoption success
- Design and develop custom UI cards and dashboards using SAP Build Apps and other BTP services
- Extend and enhance Work Zone using SAP BTP services such as Integration Suite, Workflow Management, and Build Apps
- Create and manage OData and REST API integrations to support Work Zone functionality
- Partner with clients to understand business requirements and create user-centric Work Zone interfaces
- Facilitate design workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and technical teams
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support throughout project lifecycles
- Solve complex technical challenges, recommend enhancements, and promote successful adoption of Work Zone across client organizations
- Stay current on SAP Work Zone and BTP innovations and proactively advise clients on new features and enhancements
Requirements
- SAP Work Zone certification (required)
- Additional SAP BTP or SuccessFactors certifications (preferred but not required)
- Led 4–6+ medium-to-large-scale Work Zone or BTP implementations
- Proven track record leading SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone implementations
- Strong knowledge of SAP BTP, including Build Apps, Integration Suite, and Workflow Management
- Hands-on experience with UI card development and front-end customization (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, modern frameworks)
- Deep understanding of SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and OData services
- Experience creating and managing OData and REST API integrations
- Exposure to Intelligent Services, event-driven architecture, or micro-app development (preferred)
- Ability to run workshops, translate business requirements into technical designs, and train stakeholders
- Remote position (within the United States) or option to work from offices in Yarmouth, ME; Shawnee, KS; or Orlando, FL
