About the role
- Provide ongoing technical support and system administration for SAP applications and SAP SuccessFactors (cloud-based)
- Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, upgrades, and troubleshooting across SAP environments
- Support integration between SAP systems and cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors
- Manage patches, support packages, security updates, and system error analysis
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure ERP system availability and stability
Requirements
- Five (5) years of experience in SAP BASIS administration and technical core tasks
- Experience with SAP software installation and upgrades
- Experience applying support packages and patches
- Experience with workload analysis and performance monitoring
- Experience with system error analysis
- Experience maintaining multi-landscape environments
- Two (2) years of experience supporting an SAP operational system for a Public Sector client
- Two (2) years of experience working in running environments: Linux/DB2 and Windows/MSSQL
- Familiarity with SAP modules in financials, procurement, or grants management (Preferred)
- Experience in large-scale ERP systems in the public sector (Preferred)
- Experience with hybrid environments involving both on-premise and cloud SAP components (Preferred)
