About the role

  • Own and develop a designated sales territory
  • Drive strategic account planning
  • Develop new opportunities
  • Guide clients through the full sales lifecycle
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales strategy, client engagement, and solution delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience selling SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions and/or quota-carrying HR SaaS sales experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling into Regulated Industries
  • Experience selling Payroll Services and/or Benefit Administration Services preferred
  • Experience selling to HR and Finance leaders strongly preferred.
