About the role
- Drive regional revenue growth and build a high-performing enterprise sales organization
- Own regional P&L, pipeline development, and go-to-market execution
- Work closely with SAP field leadership and internal teams
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and regulated industries
Requirements
- Proven experience leading regional or national enterprise sales teams
- Track record closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals
- Experience selling SaaS, HR technology, payroll/benefits, or enterprise services
- Strong partner ecosystem experience (SAP, Workday, Oracle, ADP, UKG, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to scale pipeline, bookings, and revenue
