About the role
- Participate in performance gap analysis and help identify root causes.
- Design and develop digital learning solutions using tools such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and Articulate Rise.
- Write and refine scripts for video and interactive content.
- Use AI tools to support content review, iteration, and voiceover generation.
- Collaborate with UX and product partners where learning and user experience intersect.
- Support project evaluation and apply lessons learned to future work.
- Contribute to improving internal processes and workflows.
- Manage your work with moderate oversight and clear accountability for deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in instructional design, performance improvement, education, or related field preferred.
- Entry-level candidates with strong portfolios or demonstrated aptitude encouraged to apply.
