About the role
- Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple functions
- Leverage the latest ATS & CRM technology to ensure an efficient and compliant recruitment process.
- Build strong partnerships with business and HR stakeholders
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ recruitment experience (agency or in‑house)
- Proven sourcing and hiring capability at scale
- Knowledge of AI‑enabled recruitment tools and their practical application across sourcing, screening and hiring processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
- Technical recruitment experience within insurance and/or experience with AI‑enabled recruitment tools is a plus
