About the role

  • Inspect vehicles and all kinds of damage on-site.
  • Create structured damage reports using our iPad app.
  • Evaluate damage photos for plausibility and consistency.
  • Actively advise our customers and coordinate the claims process.
  • Secure evidence, reconstruct accident scenarios, and determine damage amounts.
  • Regularly collaborate with your team of experts and continue your professional development.

Requirements

  • Master craftsman qualification in the automotive trade (Meister), Dipl.-Ing., B.Sc., B.Eng., or training as a vehicle assessor.
  • Enjoy interacting with people and present yourself confidently.
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication skills and a good command of German, both written and spoken.
  • Enjoy working in the field and willingness to make occasional trips.
