About the role

  • Independently handle inbound customer inquiries by phone with a strong service focus
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for our customers and confidently manage their requests

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a call center or inbound customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner
  • Sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a structured way even when handling changing topics
  • High service orientation and enjoyment in interacting with customers
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent vocational/business qualification
  • Experience or exposure to the insurance or financial services sector
