About the role
- Independently handle inbound customer inquiries by phone with a strong service focus
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for our customers and confidently manage their requests
- Ensure continuous telephone availability and consistently maintain our service standards
- Identify opportunities to improve customer interactions and actively contribute to the ongoing development of our service
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a call center or inbound customer service environment
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner
- Sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a structured way even when handling changing topics
- High service orientation and enjoyment in interacting with customers
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent vocational/business qualification
- Experience or exposure to the insurance or financial services sector
