About the role
- Collaborate with your mentor to build and execute a custom training and growth plan preparing you for your selected career path
- Contribute to cross-divisional strategy consulting projects with the ETA cohort to identify innovation opportunities across the firm
- Present your progress in the ETA program and opportunities for innovation to executive leadership
- Pipeline generation (managing inbound and outbound leads)
- Deep dive into our research and data to become an expert in talent acquisition
- Daily deliver timely, actionable, and data-informed insights to Talent Acquisition, University Recruiting, and DEI leaders via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Leverage tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, and Sales Navigator to drive individual and team success
- Distill the essence of our memberships in easy-to-understand terms and communicate our value proposition to prospective clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce
- Partner with Account Advisors to creatively and strategically source prospective organizations that would most benefit from our research & advisory
- Successfully pitch the value of initial advisory meetings with our Account Advisors and handle meeting logistics
- Assist with meeting preparation, follow-up, collateral creation, etc.
- Analyze data and trends in collaboration with Marketing and Revenue Operations to uncover opportunities for further growth
- Serve as an ambassador for the Veris Insights brand and our research memberships
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or Summer 2026
