About the role
- Lead research studies from concept through final deliverable
- Design and execute research approaches including qualitative interviews, surveys, and secondary research
- Conduct interviews with employers, students, and industry practitioners
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative inputs
- Develop research deliverables such as reports and toolkits
- Translate the research agenda into clear project plans and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into member conversations
- Partner with research leadership to refine study approaches
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in market research or consulting
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously
- Experience designing and executing research studies using a mix of methodologies
- Strong qualitative research capabilities
- Ability to interpret and synthesize quantitative data
- Exceptional ability to translate research findings into clear narratives
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate research outputs
- Comfort working through ambiguous research questions
