About the role

  • Take ownership of the user experience for one or more product area
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX researchers, content strategists, and other domain experts to understand needs and influence product priorities
  • Work with our engineering team to ensure designs are implemented effectively
  • Help grow our UX team culture through mentorship

Requirements

  • An outstanding portfolio of thoughtfully designed products
  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field with 8+ years of professional UX Design experience in enterprise software, consumer products, medical devices or other relevant areas
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Fluency with industry-standard design tools and practices, including Figma
  • Experience leading or managing UX design teams
  • Past work on Enterprise products, AI, Data platforms, Healthcare, Medical services, or other relevant areas
  • Expertise in interactive prototyping tools, including AI / “vibe coded” prototyping (Figma Make, Replit, Cursor, etc.)
