Lead company-wide planning cycles, from annual strategy to quarterly OKR setting.
Prepare executive and board-level materials synthesizing business performance and key decisions.
Own 2–4 high-priority business problems at any given time, driving them from definition through to execution.
Identify and close gaps in decision-making and workflows.
Develop the tools and playbooks required to scale, and partner with Finance on resource allocation and business cases.

Requirements

7+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or BizOps at a high-growth tech company.
A track record of delivering complex initiatives with measurable business impact and experience running OKR processes.
Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in SQL.
Excellent executive presence with the ability to distill complex situations for audiences ranging from individual contributors to the Board.
Ability to influence without authority and build trust across a complex organization.
MBA or postgraduate degree from a top institution is a plus.
Experience in identity verification, fintech, or cybersecurity is a plus.
Experience scaling a company from Series B through to public markets or institutional scale is a plus.
