About the role

  • Drive profitable revenue growth across Verdesian’s granular micronutrients & ferrous sulfate product portfolios.
  • Develop, retain, and expand an assigned customer base.
  • Uncover new opportunities, increase product adoption, and execute growth strategies within existing accounts.
  • Build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and convert pipeline into sustained revenue.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure effective forecasting, pricing execution, & order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in sales, account management or commercial operations, preferably within agriculture or related industries
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agricultural Management, or a related field
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to travel as required to support customer engagement and business objectives
