About the role

  • Own the R&D + G&A spend envelope (OpEx + headcount) across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and G&A functions.
  • Run planning and forecasting for your areas, including annual planning, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly updates.
  • Lead workforce planning with bottoms-up headcount models and a dollar-based resource envelope.
  • Partner with Procurement to manage internal tooling and SaaS spend to drive cost optimization.
  • Lead monthly BvA reviews and a decision-making cadence to improve reporting and accrual accuracy.
