About the role
- You are the first point of contact for customers and prospects — by phone, email or chat
- With your solution-oriented approach, you answer questions about our products and digital offerings
- You assist customers in using our banking tools (e.g., apps, online banking, transaction and payment solutions)
- Using your sales instincts, you identify cues in customer conversations and recommend appropriate solutions
- You support our advisors by scheduling appointments
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Experience in customer-facing roles
