About the role
- Design, implementation and ongoing development of employee and leadership development and training initiatives.
- Management and further development of qualification programs, talent and succession concepts.
- Advising managers on individual employee and team development matters.
- Organizing, facilitating and evaluating trainings, workshops and development formats (in-person & digital).
- Identifying development needs and deriving appropriate measures.
- Collaborating with external training and education partners.
Requirements
- Degree with a focus on Human Resources, Education, Psychology or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of practical experience in HR development.
- Solid expertise in designing and implementing training and development programs.
- Experience working with managers and leadership teams.
- Structured, independent way of working and strong follow-through/implementation skills.
- Strong communication and consulting skills and a good sense for people and organizational dynamics.
