About the role

  • Design, implementation and ongoing development of employee and leadership development and training initiatives.
  • Management and further development of qualification programs, talent and succession concepts.
  • Advising managers on individual employee and team development matters.
  • Organizing, facilitating and evaluating trainings, workshops and development formats (in-person & digital).
  • Identifying development needs and deriving appropriate measures.
  • Collaborating with external training and education partners.

Requirements

  • Degree with a focus on Human Resources, Education, Psychology or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of practical experience in HR development.
  • Solid expertise in designing and implementing training and development programs.
  • Experience working with managers and leadership teams.
  • Structured, independent way of working and strong follow-through/implementation skills.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills and a good sense for people and organizational dynamics.
