About the role
- Develop, launch, and manage the Verbatik affiliate program across global markets
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture new affiliate partners
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and conversion rates
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate promotions with overall brand strategy
- Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing / partnerships
- Proven track record of growing and managing affiliate programs
- Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and analytics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
