About the role
- Overall responsibility for the revenue and profit growth of the vertical
- Driving growth across the vertical through cross-functional collaboration, market development and penetration strategies
- Talent development and acquisition
- New product development/implementation and tactical execution
- Develop, implement and execute C&I Vertical’s Go to Market Strategic Plan
- Lead, develop and grow a team of 7-12 highly experienced corporate salespeople
- Effectively communicate ChemTreat’s offerings to senior level leaders at customers and prospects
- Coordinate technical services supporting the vertical and engage other key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- minimum 7 to 10 years of corporate sales experience
- Proven track record of sales, sales retention, account management, personnel management, and analytic capabilities
- Prior C&I experience strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge and background in C&I technology
- High level communication skills
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Organizational skills; Self-management
- Technical, Analytical skills and business knowledge
