About the role

  • Overall responsibility for the revenue and profit growth of the vertical
  • Driving growth across the vertical through cross-functional collaboration, market development and penetration strategies
  • Talent development and acquisition
  • New product development/implementation and tactical execution
  • Develop, implement and execute C&I Vertical’s Go to Market Strategic Plan
  • Lead, develop and grow a team of 7-12 highly experienced corporate salespeople
  • Effectively communicate ChemTreat’s offerings to senior level leaders at customers and prospects
  • Coordinate technical services supporting the vertical and engage other key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • minimum 7 to 10 years of corporate sales experience
  • Proven track record of sales, sales retention, account management, personnel management, and analytic capabilities
  • Prior C&I experience strongly preferred
  • Strong working knowledge and background in C&I technology
  • High level communication skills
  • Teamwork and leadership skills
  • Organizational skills; Self-management
  • Technical, Analytical skills and business knowledge
