About the role

  • Ensure all business is conducted in a fully compliant manner, proactively mitigate business risks, meet all legal and statutory requirements
  • Create a medium-term growth vision for India, develop go-to-market strategy, execute action plans to exceed expectations
  • Build aspirational business KPI for the team to achieve sustainable results
  • Drive rigorous business processes using Veralto Enterprise Systems (VES), Develop and manage a robust sales funnel to drive customer retention and competitive wins
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual orders & revenue growth objectives
  • Create an agile, nimble & scalable functional structure to
  • Develop team competencies and provide them with appropriate career growth path
  • Collaborate internally to achieve highest standards of customer satisfaction and meet customer’s application requirements.
  • Develop & Nurture relationships with Strategic Accounts
  • In collaboration with marketing team, ensure highest visibility of Hach solutions with key stakeholders
  • Stay insightful and leverage key market as well as competitor intelligence

Requirements

  • Graduation in Chemistry / Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering.
  • Post Graduation in Business Management is an advantage
  • Experience of 15 - 20 years in sales & business development with Govt Water and Public Infrastructure Sectors.
  • Proficiency in CRM (SFDC), MS Office, and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to relocate based on business requirement.
