About the role

  • Lead a high-performance sales team to achieve consistent revenue growth across India for Govt sector for water in a compliant manner
  • Develop opportunities across Water departments at Centre, State, Municipal Corporations, Municipalities, Public Health Engineering Departments, Urban and Rural water boards and consultants
  • Build partnerships with Consultants Civil Contractors, Electro-Mechanical Partners, Level-1 & Level-2 Electrical & Instrumentation Contractors, Automation System Partners & Authorized Distributors
  • Create a medium-term growth vision for India, develop go-to-market strategy, execute action plans to exceed expectations
  • Collaborate internally to achieve highest standards of customer satisfaction and meet customer’s application requirements.

Requirements

  • Graduation in Chemistry / Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering
  • Post Graduation in Business Management is an advantage
  • Experience of 15 - 20 years in sales & business development with Govt Water and Public Infrastructure Sectors
  • Proficiency in CRM (SFDC), MS Office, and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to relocate based on business requirement
